When theSkimm reached out about needing some assistance designing and animating some a few of their social posts, I knew it was going to be a great partnership. They were extremely flexible and expressed how they trusted me to design the look and feel of this format. Which honestly, was a bit of a challenge as they didn't have many in house assets. This meant lots of trial and error with stock imagery, until we landed on the final piece to the left!

Starting out as an contracted assistant editor with SEIU, I soon began taking on more design led projects. These projects highlighted below are a small glimpse at a much larger social campaign for Women's Month. Specifically highlighting the immigrant women of SEIU as well as Political leaders. The turn around times were extremely fast and often had us designing, animating, and editing the videos in the span of 8 hours!
